JIRA Microsoft Word free template library

This library contains example templates for use with Intelligent Reports, Microsoft Word and JIRA to automatically create a variety of reports. Intelligent Reports allows you to automatically create customized reports formatted and laid out in Microsoft Word filled in with your JIRA data. Intelligent Reports is the easiest way to turn your JIRA data into information.

These example templates cover common use cases. You can use these reports as a starting point for creating your own customized reports. Any of these reports can be customized both in appearance and data.

To use these reports, download the stm file and use the Import template button on the Manage Templates page of the Intelligent Reports JIRA plugin.

If you don't already have Intelligent Reports for JIRA, you can try it free. Simply search for the Intelligent Reports in JIRA and click on the Try it free button.

Reports included by default in Intelligent Reports

Release Notes Version release notes listing new features and fixed bugs in a JIRA version. Take advantage of Microsoft Word to add any other required content to your release notes. Download
Project Progress Report Create a progress report for any project over your choice of a period of time. The report includes released versions, upcoming versions, a project burn up chart, lists of new, resolved and in progress issues, and miscellaneous other statistics. Download
Project Timesheet A timesheet for a single project. See which team members spent time on what, including detailed itemized work logs suitable for billing. Download
All Projects Timesheet A time spent report for every project you track with JIRA. See which projects had the most time spent on them, and which issues in those projects were the most time consuming. Download
